It is our last day!!! Tommorow we drive.......Isn't it scary, because we're not packed, the house is in shambles and both boys are out?

Isn't it scary, that tommorow we begin our 3 month long holiday?

Have scared myself enough now....

Except that I'm kind of really excited about it to.....

Last Clarinet until December.....

I just got back from my clarinet exam. When I went in, I was really nervous. I made lots of mistakes, and went out feeling that I had definetly stuffed. I walked out with an envelope in my hand, which was adressed to The Teacher and when he opened it, I got a 'b+'!!!!!

I am very excited, because this is more than I got last year!!!!

I just can't get my smiley face to work anymore. Its all I can do to keep the tears from rolling down. I'll miss my teacher, even most of my class (!) I'll miss sport (silent ball, net ball, and bin ball) I might even miss getting up to catch the bus. 

I'll miss my friends most.

Last night was the best!!!!! There were 10, 000 people and the speaker.....whose name I've forgotton, was really good. 

He was also really funny, saying things like

"What is with Speedoes, I went to Ian Thorpes Aquatic centre, and in the kiddy pool, there was a man in speedoes. I asked him 

"Why do you wear them??"

"It makes us faster" replied the man...

"Your in the Kiddy pool!!!"

He also told us that we (Australians) were late bloomers...Mentioning that by the time most Australian men got a job, Jesus had nearly finished attoning with the sin of the world!! He continued to say that tonight lots of us would probably go home, and write really mean things on our blogs, before our mummies tucked us into our spiderman pyjamas in our star wars bed..

Sax blues

Last night Sol left his sax on the floor. When dad came to kiss him goodnight he picked the sax up.....But not the mouthpiece, clasp or reed. In the morning the clasp was broken, and Sol was very perturbed. So guess whose clasp is on the sax? Mine. 

Oh well, At least I have a parent proof reason why not to do practice. ;)

2 much homework!!!!

Miss Arendts gives us way to much homework. Not looking forward to high school, or going away with Dad in charge of school work. 

He has been known to be, kind of, brutally full on. 

But you know, kind of in a good way. Smile.

Today the AEC came over to our school, and taught us a lot about australia. We then learned about the voting procedure. We voted for the year 6 t shirt. The one that (probably- they didn't tell us) won, was Belinda's. It was a picture of a shoe, and the message Step Forward, or something. 

I am wondering where the boys are....

The Ramblings of a Headache

Today I have the biggest headache. I almost wish I did not have to go to school. Except then I would have to stay home. Also, this is my last Monday in Sydney!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!! 

Yesterday I made some paper, which was ok, although I didn't think it would turn into paper. It proved me wrong, and in my room, is some very soggy paper. Sol just demanded to see it.

Counting down until I go to bed. 

Dad just got back from church. He says that question time went forever. 

And you know what? Australian Idol is getting contestants from other countries!! Which kind of defeats the point. Anyway it was fun to watch. So was The Simpsons, but Thank God Your Here was the best, hands down.

Today at church, we learnt about how we should respect those in charge. And do what they say. Things as little as wearing a hat. 

Mum went away. I can't remember where it is. But she'll be back soon.

City Slickers & Country Bunny

I have been wondering what the boys are doing...

....at Softball??

Well we are. Today we played softball, and the other team won, 2/1. 

I caught a few people out, I managed to hit the ball.. I did ok. 

But it was sooooo funny, so many people did nothing, so many people got caught out...so many couldn't run fast enough, and also Radish was soooooo funny. 

We should play softball more often.

Who knows, we might get better at it...

Also, I am alowed to say this, because I am in the class, if you are not in the class, you can not in my class, don't say it....

....or a night person?? Sol is a night person. 

Sol just  got up, and Fluffle said to him "We won a silver medal in hurdles" And he said "You did" and Fluffle said "yeah, I went and ran, and came second"

And we have Musica Viva, which means no class sport......frown......

Oh, and I just remembered my assignments due in! Oops, gotta go.

Our new car bounces heaps....

Yesterday we drove our borrowed jeep for the first time.... Unfortunetly, it was at night, so I don't know what colour the jeep was/is. I say borrowed because we are only keeping it for 3 months, while we go on our trip. Getting the jeep made the trip seem very real and like it is looming over us.....

Also we completley moved everything in our house around, because, in Mum's words "we have half the church here!"

win-bin girls victory

Just got home, and because I am so smart, I managed to miss my stop!!!

My name came out of the win-bin 3 times...I gave Jenny and Joanna some lollies...and I kept a pen for myself.... Rebecca came out twice, Angela came out, and so did Christina....and that was all the tickets.....

And I came 4th in silent ball.....

Princess Bronte has an artistic nature.....

The sun is shining, right through my window, and I have paint on my face... In the shape of a flower.

I'm not sure how much, because I don't look in the mirror first thing in the morning.....but I can feel it....

There is a noisy toy going of....per favoure Abraham......

We have a play pen, so that the creche don't burn the hands on the heater....

Today, after church, we went to the Adenys house...(you know, Princesses Bronte, Violet, Remi and Harriet) and I had a great time... They have the best lego colection in the history of the world -rather like their dressing ups...which are the best in the history of the world- and anything I said was repeated by Princess Harriet.....

Tempe and Nona where there to, and there was 9 of us...and 7 of us were girls, and I was the oldest by 2 years..And it was fantasitc!

5 am is not a good time to wake up.....

I am so tired.....

No, I didn't go to bed late, this time I woke up at 5 am!!!! 

And Dad was up, in the study, writing his talk......

And when I tried to stand up, I nearly fainted..

So I am so tired......

And my eyes are closing..........

Bobcats are gonna win!!!!

Today I went and watched the Bobcats play. It was really good to watch them. Words cannot describe the game....

They played so well.....

2 of them were sick.....But they pulled through......

I wish I was still on their team.....

The semi's are next week.......I wish them luck..........

the Last Supper......

Last night I went to the churches last supper.......and we ate Chinese food, and there was way to much of it......and during the talk, I made chatterboxes......

And that's about all I remember....except that there was nice cake.....

Oh, and I chased Sophie around, and around and around.....

The Last Netball game of the season and....

.......The PSSA bus broke down. Which was nice of it....except it meant we were half an hour late.....

Anyway, at PSSA, the Ayz were in the semi's, and they lost, spectaculary.....21/9.........

And we who were not in the semi's ("I blame yr 6 camp, rain, bies, forfeits, and Kimberly" says Shirley) won 7/o in a friendly game...In which I was Centre!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't know me you will probably be thinking, um, like, so what, but anyone who knows me will know that the last time I played Centre I was small, and titchy and playing modified rules.....

And I even did OK!! I mean, we didn't lose did we??? ;-)

Sol just said "I was eating it, and it just slipped out of my hands" he was, of course talking about the pillow he had just dropped.......

Fluffle said "Stop playing clarinet!!!!"

And he is my reason for blogging, because if I can't play clarinet.....(which I don't really want to do........shh, forget I ever said that...also its not quite true.....because I like playing after I've practice....when its perfect......) I may as well blog...

Today we had a sub....

We played chess, we caught up our work, we played more chess, we ate, we did sport, and we played chess....

And thats about it.......

At least we didn't have to do any new work.

I was wondering.....Has anyone watched anything on tv apart from the Olympicx??? 

Also, does the Simpson's D'Olympix count as Olymipx???? Because if it does, than I haven't....

The Muntant Pillows who Swap Noses

Today, Fish, I and lots of other people, including Hannah (the Ayz GS) and Mel (the Ayz GD) we went to some field...and competed in our Zone Athletics Carnival.....

My race was the last one, and we (me and Fish) were in the 800m race.....

Katie was in the first heat, and she came 8th and I was in the second heat and I came 7th!!! Neither of us made it into the finals......but not for lack of trying.....Sharon, Mel and Grace made it into the finals......

Later this afternoon, we had Abbey, Hugh, Clark and Frankie (da twinz) over and they have changed from relitivley normal children to mutant pillows, who run around and swap noses.... LOL

What did you do today??

Today we did a lot of fitness!!!! Or maybe it was just me...But we ran 1000m, the we spent 40 Min's playing soccer, then we had a 45 minute training session......And tomorrow is the zone carnival...

At netball (my fave spot) we played a game, which rocked, I played GD, and we lost, against the Ayz..... This Friday is our semi-final... And I am kind of sad about that, because we have only played about 5 games of netball all year...I hate rain on Fridays.....although I wouldn't mind it raining tomorrow.....

Also I came 2nd at silent ball, and Tiva  was 3rd.....unfortunetly, a boy got us both out.... :-(

Also 21 days and counting until we go away for 3 months....Ahhhhhh!!!!

The Last Day

Today was the last Sunday at our church......

Photos were taken, gear packed up, questions asked.....and next week we meet at the Annandale community centre.....

Sadly, it was also Crossfires last week at the school....

The Mean Dog Puntured my ball Daddy.....

Today, we caught the ferry to a Watson's Bay, and met our extended family.....

They had a sock wrestling competition....And Connor (oldest boy) won, Cheese Man (second oldest boy, but tallest) came 2nd, and Sol (my bro) was 3rd. I didn't compete, mainly because I 

liked my white top white. 

We also played with Isara's ball, and a dog ran and took it, and all 15 of us (kids) chased the dog, until my Mum came and sorted us out, and Sol (!!!!!) got the ball of the dog!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the ball was punctured, and that was the end of that... Poor Isara began to cry...

As I write, I am watching to the Chinese olympic opening ceromony!!!! It is very skilled, with precision and talent, and I think of how honoured the chinese would be to help prepare that...

As soon as I got home from school, I walked up to the Hunter Baily Presbyterian Church, for Caths wedding. Unfortunately, I was a little late and did not get to see the bride walk down the aisle, but she had 8 bridesmaids, and 9 flower children.. 

The church was done up really beautifully.......

And it was really good to see the Barry's, and marvel at how tall 'D' was, and 'B' and chase them around.....

And  tomorrow we are having a family reunion.

Today is my birthday, and - "I was born in the year of the rat" says Fluffle - I had a really good day. Thank you for my camera, my lollies, my sheets, my braclet, my money, my nail polish, and everything else I have been given.....

Also thank you for my lunch (Sol), and thank you to my friends and family, who made it such a good day...

And also, thank you to God who kept the sun shining.....and depressingly, netball was canceled..

And, I'm all thankued out...

I am ready! And happy!

And Phantom of the Opera was really good!! Tiva was clutching my arm the whole way through.....And Totura and Piggy were eating fish (my) finger.....which was bad....

And also yesterday Aunty Sonia and Uncle Michael and 2nd cousins Connor and Eve came over...And Connor totally thrashed me at fiddlesticks, othelo and climbing....And Eve is the most huggable littlest sweetie, and I am older then Connor!!! By 19 days! Thankx for coming over guys (and girls)

....with nothing better to do then blog......or homework.....

Tommorow, we are going to see Phantom of the Opera, and we are also going to continue the game...I am going pretty well, but Jenny is so winning......She paned 25 onces of gold.....and got 75 pounds!!!

Also, unfortunely, Miss gave us some homework...

Yesterday we had dinner at mission, and it was nice, and desert was nice as well......

And Misha and Jamie, and Sol and Fluffle were the only kids there (as well as me), and we performed Officer Krupke.......

And Fluffle keeps saying "SWEEEEET!" which is quite annoying.....but I can't explain why i am annoyed....

Yes we have no Homework!!!

Netball was good, we did a lot of drills, lots of passing, running, until finally Miss Richards let us play a game..... She let me play GK, and I was first against Charmaine...which was funny, because she plays defence, and then Eliza, which was less funny, because she is a good shooter.....

We played well, my team lost 1/0, and I skinned my knee.....I was fine....until I put bandaids on it, and now I can't bend my leg...

Fluffle is telling me about when he was small and loud, instead of now just being big and loud...

I don't want to be up, because then I might have to start getting ready for school.....

We just watched Thank God Your Here, and it was hilarious! I was laughing the whole time, except for in the ad breaks......except for the ad where the little girl had to drink her water before she could play....and she tipped in her little brothers nappy.....and no body noticed!!!! I think it was an ad for Huggies pull up..... Sitting here laughing.....

And Radish came to Crossfire....and I won The Silver Ball and it is amazing how hard it is to eat a dry wheat bik, and I wonder how are they healthy????

And I am reading InkHeart....and does anyone no when the next book comes out??? I think it might be called InkDeath, And Mum just read out an ad for a pink 51 cm tv.......the perfect touch for any bedroom!!

Today the Carnivale was on, we had a good time, Sorry Henry (I banged into him on the jumping castle) and my band also performed in a competition.....We came 2nd, tied with about 3 other bands.....and scored $300. So a good day in all acounts.....
