The Sock was taken from the leader

At Crossfire, we had a big sock wrestling competition, the final was Sam vs Justin. Sam is the (Old) man, Justin is the aspiring man. Before they started Soph (Sam's wife) said, to open the wrestle 

"Now, this is a make or break moment, Sam if you lose, then your an old man, Justin if you lose, then your just a kid, your reputations are on the line.....but no pressure."

They stepped onto the mat, knelt down, and began. In the first 3 seconds of the game, Justin grabbed Sam's sock, and although Sam held onto his sock for about 5 minutes, it was clear who was going to win. 

Sam then spoke to us about training in godliness. It was a really good talk, and he did some really cool illustrations. I might put my outline up later......or not......

Kamila won the silver ball, and instead of wrapping it in foil (usual custom) she wrapped it in green crepe paper with pink and blue spots. 

All in all, it was a fun, exciting, funny, (excitingly) wacky, rocking (roxing da church!!) double up friday, and I am looking forward to the next one (hint, hint...)
